Where I go

Laundry days are not much fun around here.  I drag my bag of laundry down over icy hills, trying not to kill or mame myself while I am on my way to the laundromat.  Where I sit for hours waiting for the clothes to wash and dry.  It isn’t a very pretty place but it is inexpensive, close by, and there is a place to fold my clothes.  It is just LONG.

I don’t really mind though, I take my folding chair and a novel and take the opportunity to get a little quiet time.

I am the homeschooling mommy of four kids.  My house is always full of kids running around and making a racket.  Quiet time to myself is rare.
